Memorial workout for our brother, Jonathan Flagler

Memorial workout for our brother, Jonathan Flagler. He gave his life in the line of duty fighting a structure fire on January 6th 2022. He is survived by his wife and two sons. He was a loving and dedicated husband and father, a well loved fireman and so much more. Our prayers are with the family and all those who are hurting because of this loss.

Post your score in the comments. If you want to scale anything goes as long as it resembles this workout. I'd suggest dropping the weight on the deadlifts or lowering the reps, (10, 10, 5, 5) for example. WARNING: This workout has a high volume of deadlifts, do not hurt yourself. If you don't deadlift regularly you should skip this one or lower the weigh dramatically. 145# is not heavy but 150 reps of anything should be done safely. *Shirt sizes I have on hand are large or extra large.

Class Zero of The Fire Up Program was this last weekend and it was amazing! Kevin and I are working on this project with with Chris Ruano of the @prep_and_defend, Dave Tebo and Jason Teter. The weekend is designed to be a challenging experience for men that will have a positive impact in life regardless of what your life currently looks like. The men that attended were challenged physically, mentally and spiritually and in their own words, came away changed for the better.
